Resuscitation

The System of Care helps you to improve survival for cardiac arrest patients by providing critical information that can be used to increase CPR performance. The LIFEPAK 15 device records compression and ventilation data, defibrillation shocks, EtCO2 and vital signs. This information and patient data are sent via the LIFENET System to your QI team who can review it using CODE-STAT 9.0 software to evaluate hands-on time. The result is a strengthened feedback loop with EMS teams. Increasing hands-on time leads to increased survival, according to published studies.¹

Acute Coronary Syndromes

The System of Care helps to improve survival for STEMI patients by linking field and hospital care teams to speed the care cycle. 12-lead ECG data, patient age, gender and other important information can be transmitted from the field via the LIFENET System to receiving hospitals. This gives hospitals the opportunity to prepare for the patient’s arrival, which can potentially shorten time to definitive therapy. Shortened time to treatment has been shown to lead to increased survival.^{2, 3, 4}

Readiness

Readiness information is also included with the LIFENET System transmissions. The LIFEPAK 15 device records battery usage and condition and the LIFENET System delivers battery status along with device readiness information with each transmission, saving you valuable time. The highly reliable LIFENET System also allows remote equipment management which means your equipment is ready when you are.
